Why I bothered counting
Every review of Candy Shorts I read before starting this site said roughly the same thing: lots of series, a couple free, then tokens. Nobody said how many series, which ones broke the pattern, or what finishing the whole thing would actually cost. Those felt like basic questions, so I answered them the slow way. I opened the library, went card by card, and filled in a row per title. Where a card only showed up after signing in, I noted that too.
What came out is less glamorous than the covers and more useful. The charts above are my list turned into shapes. Nothing is estimated or scraped from a press release; if a number moves, it is because the library moved.
Reading the length chart
The tall bar on the length chart is the whole story of how Candy builds these things. Five episodes is the house format: two to hook you, three to pay off. It is a tidy structure and I suspect it exists because it fits the price neatly, three locked chapters at 12 tokens each making 36.
The short bars are where it gets interesting. The oldest titles in the library, the ones with the lowest ID numbers, are the ones that break the mold. YES MA'AM, Mona's Worst Enemy, Caught Between Sisters and Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right all run fifteen chapters. One revenge drama runs thirty-four. It looks like Candy experimented with long-form storytelling early, then settled on the five-part template. For a viewer, those early experiments are the best deal in the catalog: more story at the same per-chapter price.
Free versus locked
The first ring chart shows how much of the library you can see without paying. About a third. That is a generous sample by adult-app standards, and it is consistent: I found no open series that gives you fewer than two chapters. The rule that the free pair stays non-explicit holds just as firmly, so think of that third as the story and the other two thirds as the payoff.
Two prices, one reason
The second ring is almost entirely one color. 103 of the open series charge 12 tokens per locked chapter. The remaining 7 charge 30, and every one of them is a creator-led title starring a licensed performer. Price follows the face on the cover, nothing else. Length, age and popularity make no difference.
What the categories reveal
Candy files each series under category labels, and I tallied them. Taboo dominates by a distance, followed by stepfamily setups, the older-woman label and married characters. Fantasy, teacher and maid stories are rare. If you are tired of stepfamily plots, the numbers confirm your instinct: the variety is thinnest exactly where the library is largest, and the most original premises live in the small categories.
How the star rating works
I do not rate how hot a series is. Taste is personal and I have not unlocked every chapter of every title, so pretending otherwise would be dishonest. The stars are a value index built only from facts in my list:

The number that made me laugh
5,370. That is how many tokens it would take to unlock every locked chapter in the open library. Premium includes 100 a month, so a completist relying on the allowance alone would be watching the finale around the spring of 2031. Nobody should do that, and the cost guide explains smarter ways to spend.
